To create an ACX account, you will need a USA address. If you are staying outside of USA, simply head over to vpost.com to obtain your P.O. Box Address and key it in when you are creating your account.

Please note that you have to key in a USA address in order to create the ACX account. For KDP wise, you can simply key in your local address.
